2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are saved to your browser when you visit a website. Technologies such as the browser’s local storage may also be used for similar purposes. In this policy, the term “cookie” also covers these similar technologies unless stated otherwise.
Cookies may be used to operate the website, ensure its security, remember preferences and, if the user consents, measure use of the website or evaluate interactions with advertisements.
3. Cookie Categories
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the website to function securely and correctly, or to record the visitor’s cookie preference. Without them, the basic functions requested may not be available. Explicit consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies; the related data processing activity is based on the other processing conditions set out in the KVKK.
Performance and analytics cookies
Help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site. The site uses Google Analytics 4. These cookies are set only after you select “Accept”.
Advertising and marketing cookies
Used to measure ads and to attribute conversions (e.g. contacting us by phone or WhatsApp) to ads. The site uses Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel. These cookies are set only after you select “Accept”.
4. Current Use
Measurement and advertising tags on the site are managed with Google Tag Manager. The tools in use are Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel. Google tags are served from the site’s own domain through our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare.
Before you make a choice, or if you select “Decline”: Google tags run in the “advanced” setting of Google Consent Mode (v2), with every consent type set to “denied”. In this state no Google Analytics or Google Ads cookies are placed on your browser and no ad personalisation takes place; only cookieless technical signals (e.g. consent status, timestamp, browser type and the address of the page visited) are sent to Google. By the nature of internet communication, these requests also include your IP address. Google may use these signals for aggregated measurement and conversion modelling. The Meta Pixel is not loaded at all in this state.
If you select “Accept”: Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel cookies are placed, and measurement and advertising data are sent to the respective providers.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, and you can change it at any time using the cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw consent, the page reloads and tags that require consent no longer run.
The YouTube video on the Doctor and MDK Method pages is not loaded when the page opens; consequently, no YouTube cookies or similar records are created when the page is opened. When the visitor presses the “Watch Video” button, the video is loaded via youtube-nocookie.com, and during playback YouTube may use its own cookies or similar browser storage technologies. Below the video card, a notice states that playing the video will establish a connection with YouTube.

6. Legal Grounds
Strictly necessary cookies may be used on the basis of the applicable processing conditions set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, such as the provision of the information society service you have requested, the security of the website and the legitimate interests of the data controller.
Non-essential performance/analytics and advertising/marketing cookies are based on your explicit consent under Article 5 of the KVKK, unless another processing condition applies.
Where data obtained through cookies needs to be transferred, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 8 of the KVKK and, in the case of a cross-border transfer, Article 9.
7. Managing Your Preferences
When cookies requiring consent are active, the following options are offered on the banner:
- Accept: Allows tools requiring consent to run for analytics and/or advertising purposes.
- Decline: Prevents non-essential tools from running.
- Cookie Preferences: Allows you to change or withdraw your choice later.
The accept and decline options must be equally accessible. Continuing to use the website does not, by itself, mean that you consent to cookies.
You can delete existing cookies or block all cookies through your browser settings. However, blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect some basic website functions.

8. Service Providers Abroad
Enabling tools from providers based abroad, such as Google or Meta, may result in personal data being transferred abroad. For this reason, these tools,
- without the required explicit consent and cookie preference mechanism having been set up,
- without a legal mechanism complying with the KVKK’s conditions for cross-border transfers having been established, or
- without this policy having been updated with the actual providers, cookies and retention periods,
will not be activated.

10. Changes
